You can see the voice allocation at work.

The first patch is routing gate signal of a voice as a specific bit
from VA to FX via bus1 by coding as individual bits d0-d7 in signal.
The keyboard gate is routed to DA via a multiplexer addressed by
the voices number aquired from status module.

In FX, signals from bus1 is AD-decoded. This way all gates from 8
voices are displayed as leds simultaneously.



The second patch is doing the same with 15 voices, in VA
by shifting DA-coded signal (from first 7 voices) 7 bits to the right by
a mixer with minimum gain setting and summing with the other 8 bit from the other 8 voices.

The bit D7 is not usable at lower portion for some reason. Will check again.

In FX, top 8 bits are AD-decoded, DA-recoded and subtracted from
signal to get rid of high bits, then 7 times level amplified by x2
to shift lower 7 bits back in position.

I post this here cause it seems to work I don´t wanna start
yet another topic now.

It gives you two note values in one signal by shifting the bits.

Note quantizer used to get integer portion of a value.

The ADCs in FX area are just used for displaying the received values.
