I spent a few days with Brian Kehew before the book came out. He was telling me about how meticulously they were researching this. It took them quite a while to come up with all the research. Brian runs an analogue studio in CA, and he was on the Who's last tour as their keyboard player and tech. He is also one half of the Moog Cookbook. In that he owns his own analogue recording studio, I'm sure he has the background to put out a definitive book on the Beatles recordings.

It's a very large book, and incredibly detailed, with lots of color pictures.
I'd say it's a one-of-a-kind publication
