The only way to get rid of the click on the attack that happens when another note is played cutting off the previous is to raise the attack.
This isn't totally satisfacory because you have to actually alter the sound to get rid of the click. I doubt there is a real fix for this. My Korg MS20 doesn't have this problem.

Could you send in the Program, in sysex format?
It could be anything, like mono mode (which is more pronounced then other modes) or the filter cut-off in combination with another parameter.

Not the same interface, but it can down and up load sysex.
