I recommend someone archive as much as they can. I have two of his boards in my backlog and I plan to archive the pages relevant to them asap. I don't *know* that the wayback machine would go away, but I think I would rather be safe than sorry.

I think I still have a pretty complete mirror of his website I made soon after he died. We did however not get permission to republish the site, so that backup is not worth anything.
