After a long wait (for me anyway), Mark (of Banker fame) has finally released MixMaker!

Time to rediscover mix mode...

you'll need to check with Mark - there is a contact page on the MixMaker site. I haven't seen any mention of an OSX version. I guess you could use one the the many ways to run Windows apps on OSX these days, and as a 'low cpu' it should be OK as long as the midi ports work?

It's funny - after using MixMaker for a couple of days, the A6 interface for configuring mixes suddenly is a lot clearer to me (after 4 years!). I end up using the A6 gui and the MixMaker gui together - as MixMaker uploads and dowloads via sysex in quite a dynamic way this work very well.

from the horse's mouth:

the right URL for the program is

http://www.mk2software.com/mixmaker/

An Os/X version is highly unlikely as i dont have a Mac and no experience programming for that platform.

you know... developing the program has had the same effect on me! suddenly it all made sense

Stay tuned...
