Hey Red. I listened to your tracks and this is what I thought.

Force Of Gravity:

I like the start of this. When it first came on I thought my computer had gone funny. Any music that makes you think that has to be good. Yeah, this is good solid dance stuff. I love the bass that comes in at about 3.30 and starts trashing Tokyo. Nice!

I also like the vocoding. Is that you or is that from the BT original?

Clay Davis is a serial killer:

Who is Clay Davis? What do you have against him? I like the demented opening to this, and then the suddenly plunge into deepest darkest 303 territory. Good work! Although when the kick drum comes in it all goes out of time. Not sure what's going on there. And then it all becomes something completely different. Funny piano land. Um. Not really feeling this one as much as the last one. The arrangement is all over the shop - it doesn't really appear to have any structure to it. All the different sounds that appear one after the other don't appear to bear much relation to each other. Although the sounds themselves are good.

Dreamscapes (Acidic)

This is cool. Good sounds in this. Quite emotive. Really good production too. I really like the sound going on at around 2 minutes. Well worth expanding on.

Emote

This is very good. The intro in particular I think is great. Again, good sounds, nice tunes too. Voice sample might be perceived as a bit cliched but if that's what you like, all good.

Stereotype Anomaly

This is cool. The drums sound really good. Strings are also really really nice. Yeah, the strings in this are really quite beautiful.

Abaddon (Remix for EEB)

Another nice solid dance tune. The drums that turn up at about 4.15 are bloody ace!

(Stereotype Anomaly Remix)

I like this one too. Hardcore! I like hard techno loads.

Luscious Pleasure

Wow! This one is my favourite! Loads of great sounds and plenty of stuff to hold the interest.

The Chamber

I like this a lot. I think the drums sound wicked. It's all really good and atmospheric.

X-Rated Woman
More porno samples Red? I'm impressed. All this computer sequencing must be quite difficult one-handed. Really nice beats at 3.30. Fat as you like. And all the sections of the track lead nicely into each other. Ace. This is a good 'un.

Um, overall I like all this stuff. It's good quality dance music with all the good techno noises I want to hear. Some nice ideas in there too.

If I had to criticise something (and I do like to), I would say that some of the tracks (notably Clay Davis) don't seem to develop coherently. Every so often they sound as if they've lost the map. Also, there are few cliches in there (Chuck D anyone?). Obviously, if you like your "Bring that beat back" samples and that, then that's cool, but it might make it harder for your tracks to stand out if they've got the same samples as everyone else's.

Hope some of that was useful. Cheers for the music I liked it.

Cheers

Dovder
