I'm having trouble trying to get the External Start to work with a 0-5v gate signal coming from a Midi to CV Converter. It seems to work from a slow LFO square wave. From what I seem to be understanding is it will activate the external start when the signal passes zero and just barely Dips into negative.

So with 0-5v nothing happens, with 5v to -1v it will activate it.

Anyone else get this same behavior? and if so what is a good way to fix.
