Ok, so here it the scoop. I'm trying to create a chuck program that controls effects on loops in realtime through OSC. Problem I am facing is with trying to use delay. I want to be able to set the delay in real time, much like a delay pedal/effect unit. Problem is, when I try to use:

Code:
delayTime::ms => delay.max => delay.delay;

from the Echo Example, this seem to reset any of the delay built up.

Any advice?

Ok. I think I got it.

I guess when you change delay.max, it resets the delay, but if I just set delay.delay I can change it on the fly.

Hi,
Delay.max is to be set one time. It represant the maximum delay your program will use.
I'm not sure but I think Chuck use this function for memory allocation of the delay line.

Have fun!
