Hi all ,i made another few layouts , but i got stuck with this one so i hope maybe somebody 's got a minute .. have not yet started building ,as i wait for the power supply ,didn't want to mess with 220 V ..
Found this at Marjan Urekar's page .. and i can't understand what is the pinout of the BF245 ,i downloaded the datasheet but stil ,got the transistors at home but dont want to try it and burn it ,and want to know since i saw other shematics using the transistor .. ?
anyone ..?

hello!

the pinout of the BF245 varies a lot, between type A, B, and C, and even between manufacturers, so take care, i had a lot of trouble with it too...

use sockets like you would with ic's... so it's easy to turn them.
