Pretty sure Jameco doesn't, I never looked for them at Digikey or Allied. I avoid Mouser altogether-crappy web interface makes looking for things like this a pain in the posterior. Also check some the smaller dealers.

The glide is U8, U9, U10, but remember the glide pot works backwards , meaning when you have it clockwise, there is no glide.
