Just run the audio and Midi thru this patch...

I have't acctually tested it, because I only have an engine, and this is too much for the poor little guy...

Anyone have any ideas? Fixes? I'd really like some input on this one, I think it could be an awsome performance patch...

It is all a bit confusing with DSP percentages and expansion boards, but the engine does have the same capabilities, DSP wise, as any other G2. This patch has a patch load over 100%, and that means it will not run on whatever G2 you use.

Ah well the good news is you don't have to be disapointed about "only" having an engine :)

Anyway, no escape, you'll have to make it simpler to get it to work, or otherwise split the patch maybe over multiple slots, or have a part of it in the FX area maybe.

Here are some possibilities I see to make it cheaper DSP wise :

- Replace the LFO's by cheaper LFO's, that is LFO C

- Replace the analog delays by the SR8 module (DlyShiftReg) that you clock from an LFO running at a few Hz. Or set shorter delay times.

- Leave out the random modules, that will not change the basic idea too much I guess - you could always set the LFO's to a random waveform (for LFO C that is).

Using these you'll be able to get it under 100% I think.

Revised it. Split it over the FX and VA section. Not only was I able to keep the same modules, I could even add extras, so now it's got 8 channels of Midi glitching...

Hows that fit?

Interesting patch. If you make upgrades to the patch, it might be best to replace the attachement with the newest version. Then there are less versions running around to confues things. You can edit any post (assuming you are the author, of course).

Yep, kind of learned that in a funny way. I'll do that from now on...
