It is surprisingly difficult to get one. I tried emailing Clavia many times and got nothing more than a polite "sorry, we don't have any right now".
After a year or two of trying, I finally got one when I went to The Hague (!) for a synth event and managed to get one from a friend there who took pity on me and gave me an extra T-shirt that he had.
Why doesn't Clavia sell these on their web site? Or give them away at events like the NAMM show or E-M 2006, taking advantage of the opportunity to turn us all into free walking advertisements ? It's a mystery to me. _________________ Dave Peck |

Wasn't there also one with the slogan "nord lead - east follow"?
Or was that just a poster?
Can't remember, but I found it very funny in a provocative way -and somewhat to the point. |

of course copyright is questionable and we'd all love to have the real deal, but why not have one made? might not be too hard and could end up being of better quality. is it illegal to have a one-off t-shirt printed up for yourself with a company logo (probably a dumb question, but i always thought it was more if you were producing a quantity or trying to make money off it)?
i'd like a Nord Modular t-shirt (what does that one say under 'nord'?). maybe E-M.com could strike up a deal with Clavia to produce/sell something like this? mosc? besides a classic 'nord modular' layed out like on the synth, i'm sure there's all sorts of other ideas that might be cool (without getting cheezy).
ehhh, i rarely wear t-shirts... _________________ SoundCloud |

Yes, I have a black clavia G2 shirt (big clavia logo on front -- g2 blurb on back).
Then there is the 'Inspire me. G2" red tshirt I had it made custom (no clavia logos on it, just lettering from a custom tee shop).
I always wanted a red Clavia t-shirt but could never get one.
Why doesn't Clavia sell them? Well, it's a small company. It's not the propellerheads who were selling 1000 reason tee's for $1 each at NAMM.
Maybe SynthLord should consider getting these made to spread the word...

In the US there's a popular marketing slogan for the dairy farmers..."got milk?"
how about, "got nord?" |

They used to do so at the Messe in Frankfurt, and they sent some for one of the NM gatherings we had in the Hague. I've got three different ones (one is green !), but all thanks to Wout really, being the one asking ;-) _________________ Jan

How about "The Nord G2 be with you."
I also have a Nord Electro shirt... Anything that says Nord is cool. This one has the drawer LEDs which look like level meters on a nice mixing console ... very nice...
Cuz G2 can do electro-music.
I've posted the shirts I got (the big clavia logo is the front of the G2 shirt, the back goes into the dubjazztechnopop bit)

And they're not those cheap wire hangers from the Dry Cleaners, either! Those are the fancy plastic ones you have to buy! Go Dasz! _________________ Dave Peck |

The cheap wire ones have been extinct down here for years which is a pity. Try breaking into your car with a plastic one. |
