i had this post in wrong place so i have now moved it here:

there is also little "vocoding" or "robot voice" module that uses two CD4007 chips.

i think it needs to moded or bended to get more results - but it´s nice if you don´t expect it to be a complete vocoding unit

Nice sound. I´m wondering, if you ommit the in/output cabs, what would this do to a controll voltage?
