Subject description: how can I build a convincing wah effect in reaktor

Hi, can anyone help me? I am trying to bulid a covincing sounding auto wah effect using reaktor 5. I have tried using LFO's linked to a band pass filter and ocsillator. But alas that does not sound very nice. I am very new the world of synthesis, therefore very slow step-by-step instructions would be appreciated.

thanks

Would not a low pass filter with high-ish resonance be better than a bandpass?

For an expressive auto-wah, consider triggering an envelope. Also consider having some of the envelope parameters change based on the character of the input signal.
