Subject description: helpfull to shape envelopes for analog simulations

Nothing special..but it was useful for me last night..so it might be helpful for others.. at least it shows some ways to get a grip on interacting control signals and helps to get more useful parameter ranges on the knobs of the G2...
Especially when modeling analog synthesizers you often find situations where a parameter or envelope is not behaving clear exponential or logharitmic... you often have exponential decays on envelopes that fall in the end quicker to zero as a mathematical correct envelope of the G2 would do... Expensive to have complex shaping on envelopes..but its surprising how much that shape really matters...

The patch contains 5 blocks that shape unipolar control signals...
optical feedback of the functions output is provided or pitch modulation on a teston
blocks can be switched with the mod wheel.. one of the four busses can be selected to insert this test patch into the signalflow of anther patch.
patch is slot related.. variation 1-4 select version for slot A-D.
var 5-8 do the same but with teston switched on.

Block 1 simulates a morph alike assign where min/max levels can be set..when min level higher than max level the function is reversed...

Block 2 scales around the center of the controlrange rather than from zero..
.

Block 3 uses the saturater or exponential shapermodules to create parameter sweeps that change their shape from exponential to logarithmic
or opposite..

Block 4 and 5 can freely select parts of the given function and scale that to the desired output...this are rather research blocks to find a desired shape with graphical feedback... with careful adjustments its possible to having control ranges that have a little plateau at a desired position..
something not so easy to achieve on the fly by try and error because the exponential functions can react very explosive on tiny changes...
