directly adressing the midi clock rate?

Does anybody know wether it's at all possible on v 3.03 to directly set the internal MIDI clock BPM?

I'd like some sort of MIDI command to set the NM's internal MIDI clock to a speciffic BPM, slaving it to a external clock isn't realy possible in my scenario here. The "clock" in the LFO section is a bitch to adress exactly because on the low and high end of it's range it maps a single parameter step to two BPM meaning I need a especially large and ugly table to map the values and then it still has a rather limited range.
