Hi folks,

My Micro-Q is not working.
It powers up but just shows a blank screen.

Is this a Rom / OS problem?

What should I do?

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Thanks,
F

Something is seriously wrong.
The LED's dont light up either and the power button doesnt do anything.
Basically the screen lights up and that is it!

Any ideas anyone?
Does anyone know of a tech in the UK that could try to fix it for me?

Thanks,
F

I would check the power supply. Sometimes things will light up even with a faulty power supply. Make sure it is the right power supply.
