It should be OK, I'm on my work PC at the moment - when I click on the link, a page opens showing a few music files and Compellor.zip. Click on that, another page opens where you need to scroll down and you will see "Loading page info-please wait", then a box opens with options, click on download then the usual save or open box appears.

The problem was that the download link timed out. It works fine now.

No. Aphex have "web versions" of the circuits for their 2020 Broadcast Processor:
