Buzz like tracker for Linux

Aldrin is an open source modular music sequencer/tracker for the GNU/Linux operating system. Aldrin is currently in beta stage and fully functional. Feel free to try and use it.

neat. I was a big fan of buzz. Nothing has come close to it afaic in terms of rapid loop creation. It's pretty much dead now with the latest windows XP service packs.

On linux there is also Buzztard:

Built on gstreamer which I guess could provide some pretty cool opportunities to leverage all those gstreamer plugins from inside buzz.

They're also working on a MAC version. It's got a nicer GUI than the original Buzz (not in terms of "pretty", but it has some nice touches like linking the machines to tracks in 1 single view, etc).

I've had problems with buzzle. Very buggy and it doesn't support enough buzz machines. I have tons and tons of bmx files. buzz rmx looks cool for windows. Haven't gotten around to installing it with a virgin buzz install yet. I'll post my results.
