Hello all Nordheads. Cool Clavia has recently redone their website to coincide with the release of the new double organ. It now has a more human feel to it.....there are actual people in pictures and whatnot. There's even a section that has pictures of their development rooms....check it out. They even refer to electro-music as the forum for Nord users. Does this mean we need to make a forum for each instrument they make....or a general Clavia forum... and will they pay Mosc for it? Shocked

If you want more forums about other gear, why not?
And does it matter who pays who? That's Mosc business, isn't it?

Well, I only meant that it could be financing back into this site. What's good for Electro is good for all of us! Wink

So, the best thing is to let Mosc handle things, isn't it? Smile

Well, if someone suddenly feels like donating some Rembrandts and some gold bars I´m sure we could handle that.

Well, we'd have to increase the gold bar storage vault, but we could handle it. Wink

We aren't associated with Clavia in any way, although they once made a donation to help me take over the mailing list. At that time our server was in the basement of a friend who has a DSL link. The link couldn't support the mailing list traffic at the time.

I'm not averse to a C1 forum, but what is there to discuss?

Well.....there's the new Clavia double organ, the nord stage and electro, although I personally don't own them. Cool They would need to have a separate forum for them.

I'm a long time user of the Internet concerning most Clavia gear and there is a big difference regarding the use of the Net by the different users.

NordLead2 and NordLead3 users have a lot of questions about how to operate their synth, how to set the different modes and outputs and most of all MIDI.
Electro and Stage users are lamenting about new sounds and updates, where Nord Modular users (Classic and G2) are very busy exchanging Patches and Performances, making conversion software and explaining the synth to everybody with problems. The last group needs a good Internet platform for sure!
