Yes, you just find the image. In Mozilla, right-click and select "view image"

The copy and past the URL into the post, highlite it and add the [img]. tags.

For more creative things, use the [right] and [left] tags to align photos. These tags are extra special because you can add captions by [right=this is a caption] tags.
