Hi guys, I'm doing a project on this for next year. But I have to decide by next week if I should do this, because my school demands that we decide our projects by then.

Well, I know the basics, take a battery operated thing which makes noisem take a test lead with screws connected to the crocodile clips and then just go wild...

Yeah, I'm going to try it tomorow for the first time if I find everything I need, so yeah I'll see if it works or doesn't....

What I need to find out more is, if I need to solder, can I just solder the wires anywhere on the circuit or does it need to be done on special components?

And also, Do the screwdrivers have to be a specific kind of screw drivers or just any?

Thanks for the help... I will experiment on several different toys and maybe cheap effect pedals (like behringer) So I'll see but I need to do the basic thing first.

You can solder to the points found when going wild Very Happy
Try not to have a too hot soldering iron or the PCB or components might be damaged.

You don't actually need those small screwdrivers, just take whatever thin metal thing between those jaws of the alligator Twisted Evil

EDIT: and also, if you haven't already read it; http://www.anti-theory.com/soundart/circuitbend/
