Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has tried to change the keyboard tuning of the A6 to something other than equal tempered intervals. I assume this might be done with the tracking generator, but how would I do this?

Thanks

guess it can be done , maybe , for one octave or if simpleclear tone for more octaves.
also thought of this by using 12 mixpatches for every tone of the octave one, but same problem, could only be used for one octave i guess.

Tunings other than equal temperament can be achieved with the tracking generator. But since intervals between semitones are logarithmic, this can only be aplied to one octave. I don't have my A6 in front me, try routing the tracking generator to modulate the pitch of the VCOs.

Maybe there are other ways, like feeding an external voltage, but I am not sure.

Cool

I'm thinking of trying to tackle this one in a few months. It occurred to me to combine both mentioned methods... TGens for a main octave and then multi patches to multiply the octaves... I'll keep you posted and have some examples but it may be some time... anyone else got this going?
