Here's the first bunch of patches. 18 Patches made by Mao:

My name is ... (I didn't want to post his name here. Soarer) my nick is "mao" I live in Italy and I very tired about ppl climing that the A6 doesn't sound vintage.

So here you are a bunch of sysex and a .txt with some notes.
These are simple, raw, old style patches. No complex mods at all... like something done on old monosynth. I grabbed the sysex with MIDIOX I hope I have done it right (usually I use Midiquest librarian...)

Pay attention because some patch are really RAW so start with low volume Very Happy

... I hope you enjoy them and let me know what do you think and I prefer YOU arrange them in a bank, choose what you like.

Pressing download opens a huge page with the sysex as text. Maybe you have to pack it into a .rar or .zip?

For me in firefox the file opens as text as well, I can still save the file though and it seems sort of OK to me after that. I mean no funny stuff in it, looks like valid MIDI. _________________ Jan also .. could someone please turn down the thermostat a bit.

I looked it up and the rar extension is an allowed extension for the forum as far as I can tell, please come back on it when after retrying it still doesn't work.

Here's a piano emulation patch. I think it sounds like a piano especially when playing chords but it's still quite artificial sounding. So if anyone knows how to improve it or does so by accident please upload it.

The problem with the syx files being seen as text and opening in a browser window should be solved now. When it still opens as text that's probably because the text attribute got cached by your browser. If so try pressing CTRL+F5 (forced reload) while that text window is still open, for me that solved the cache problem. Otherwise you might have to flush the browser cache, or just wait a couple days. _________________ Jan also .. could someone please turn down the thermostat a bit.
