Where are some good sources for switch caps? I would really like to find some big tr909 style ones. Most sites have many switches but few if any caps for them. Where should I be looking?

I also like the ones elektron uses on the machinedrum and monomachine. Do you suppose they are custom? If so, where does one order custom caps?
