best cheapish rack fx for the A6

i feel funny buying fx pedals..it feels too much like a guitarist ...yuk Smile

although i am tempted to get a Boss RE20 ,,real shame they didnt make it in a stand up box like the original.

how about a podxt?, i have one ,with bassexpensionsoftware+ filterpack
just a pity it's only mono in

besides that an (akg/tapco vintage) springreverb adds a lot

akg spring: ( well at least it doesn't look like a guitar pedal)

I can recommend highly an Ensoniq DP/2 or DP/4.

The tape echo simulator is very good- especially when used with the phasers and flangers. It's also easy to get the DP to do a Roland Dimension C emulation too.

On a downside it can be a little noisy sometimes, but there isn't that much noise, just a bit.
