Absolutely! For my regular setup, I have one profile for the GM-Voice and another for sfz. When I boot up my system, I run two instances of MIDI-Ox, load in the respective profiles and away I go, in less than a minute.

So far, I've been using sfz to do the drums and percussion and the GM-Voice to do everything else. I've got voices coming out of my...well, you know...now.

So, again for all you GM-Voice builders, MIDI-Ox is the desired control element you'll use and use again. And the same thing applies to sfz users (which is basically just a software version of the GM-Voice.
