Houshu has done some interesting things with cmos. I guess the boundaries are still unfixed with what makes a Lunetta (for me -> No op-amps!).
Houshu's ccts could be viewed as a bridge from Lunetta to regular synth, at least some portions of his designs could be used to design outputs to interface with your analogue modules.

His VCO has all CMOS waveshaping output circuitry to get saw, tri and pulse outputs -
