Hello,

I want to use the G2 to control my software instruments. I can change the octave of my software instruments if I open the G2 editor>synth setting>click on Global Octave change. If I power cycle the G2, the setting gets lost. Is there a way to save that setting?

Thanks in advance!

It is saved if you store the patch after changing.

The synth global settings should be saved when "memory protect" is off, that's in the same dialog lower left corner, by default it's on.

Hi guys,
I tried both suggestions and they didn't work. As soon as I power cycler the Nord...the Global setting is off. I made sure that the memory protect was off and I also saved it to a few patches. Any other ideas?

Thanks

I found a work around for now. Holding shift then octave will toggle to global octave

This seems to be a bug, all other settings are saved when memory protect is off ... well I didn't try all, but some ... and it's the same here, octave shift gets lost when I power cycle.

Sorry for not trying that myself earlier.
