I can't find it in the manual or fiddling around the menu so thought I'd ask.

Basically what I'm trying to do is have a Note sequence on S1, and a Note sequence on S2. I switch between them and when I do so the other is muted automatically. Is this possible? I'm trying to get slight variations in patterns between sequences when triggering an analogue mono synth.

My guess is I can't really do this on the machine, building 4 Note pattern variations (S1-S4) hitting them live as I record the track.

Well I figured out a work around Wink Basically I just mute/unmute the steps on a note sequence. S2-S4 will all be muted with S1 playing, then mute S1 and unmute the steps on the note sequence in S2, etc.

Have to keep notes handy though of which steps to unmute for a given pattern.
