random gates

I was just drawing up a board for the random gates and I see that on the schematic the manual trigger swithes +15v to the input circuit but on the board layout it switches to ground.... which doesn't seem right. Anyone come accross this ?

ok, my mistake was confused because they exist on the same connector.
