Ohhh Damn,

I just read the 2 last pages in the thread. I ordered a G2 Tutorial today by sending the money via Paypal. I used the Paypal Link at Rolands Blog to send the money!
Did I just make a mistake??
I dunno if anyone can help?!

Although we have nothing to do with Rolands DvD, we should have acted.

Keep us informed about how the thing is developing, maybe there are some possiblities to set things right. (I live in the same town, although I am not that willing to meet up with him)

Thanks at least for your answer. I don't think it is the fault of electro-music.com! You are not responsible for removing payment links from other websites!
Since Roland posted here on a regular basis i had no doubt about his professionality and used the Link on his page.

I wrote E-Mails concearning my problem now to the address on his blog, the g-mail address, via the E-Mail in his Profile as well as via PM.
I did not recieve any answer till today and I hope that I will at least get one be it via E-Mail or as a direct answer in this Thread.
I'm a bit worries though since he has not been active since august 2010.
I'll wait a little more and then trying to claim back the money from Paypal. I'll see how it works out and will keep you all informed!
I only hope that not more people'll make the same experience like me!!

Hi Wout,

Yes there are news. I contacted Paypal yesterday and reported the case on their website. I wrote another E-Mail using the contact form.
Today Roland contacted me.
He tried to sent the tutorial as a file but that didn't work out.
I asked if he could send it via regular mail service and I hope that I'll get the tutorial soon.
We'll see how it plays out and I'll wait what'll happen over the next two weeks.
If it still does not work out (what hopefully won't be the case) I'll use the Paypal Buyer's protection service.

I am away by my agent. That company works slow, very slow. I know that I'm not their most important person, but when a customer gets angry(I am sorry for that), I get angry on my agent. For me, I have taken back the whole selling part back into my own hands again.

Roland's synthesis tutorial is hands down the best reference for the Nord G2. Period. It also serves as an outstanding resource and workbook for general synthesis. All the concepts covered in SoundLab can easily be applied to Max, Reaktor, or whatever you use. I ordered SoundLab because I was having trouble with Logic modules and needed to see some practical applications. What I got was an all-encompassing roller-coaster ride through every aspect of modular synthesis. If you love your G2 but feel as though you're not getting everything out of the editor, you will definitely benefit from SoundLab. It's like taking a comprehensive course in the G2. It's amazing.
