Hallo,
seems to be interesting, but now you can still use it like a sequencer with usual games cartridge ?

I'm not sure what you mean ? Are you talking about NanoLoop or LSDj ? If so, it's not the point of this gameboy! + It still works 100 %

Oh yes...
but I wonder how it could modified a sequence... or it is independent from a audio source, I mean it create sounds from himself?

Sorry for my english Smile

It can be modulated, and it can make sounds by it self..

In this video, it's making the sounds by itself http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfAfslxQMrk
This video also by itself + theremin control http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HK_pHfNY1Ds
In this one it's being modulated by a simple drum loop + the gameboy is working somewhat like a efx pedal, but it's hard to hear on the video, because the tone from the gameboy is much louder than the processed drums http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-aw5tcQGrvQ&feature=related
This is the same as above but also with theremin controlhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-aw5tcQGrvQ&feature=related

I plan to make another one when I find a new gameboy, as it has more potential then what i showed!
