I started building my CGS44 board yesterday and was just qurious if anyone else has build it?

http://www.cgs.synth.net/modules/cgs44_ddb.html

If so - what options did you go with?
Frontpanel design?
Switch or pot for feedback?
Selectable delay times?
4046 as VC control?

I'm very excited about this module - I'm only missing the chips, that I need to order from SmallBear. I hope I'll have it ready till after christmas! Smile

And as you can see I put a 7805 regulator in the dev. area. Since my PSU only has ±15V - and no other module (yet) is gonna need +5V. Haven't tried it yet. Might need a heatsink, but we'll see about it once I get it all up and running.

Cheers!

Hi.
Here's some info about Ryan Williams' PT2395 build, which used the CGS44 during it's prototype stage, and adds some parts, and changes others.

Hope this helps....

cheers,
Dave
