Just downloaded It on my touch 1g. And I gott to say I'm glad I waited for a good synth program to come out. Best app aside from electronic tool kit, and my 4 calculators.

I just installed it today ... it needs some time it seems, some odd stuff happened when I just started poking around. A bit of reading in the manual explained a lot of that BTW Wink

I haven't been feeling all that well and I've been spending more time in bed than anything else. Just spotted this topic. On Tom's suggestion, I spent the $1 and I'll check it out.

I've been playing with Jasuto for several hours on and off. It's really very interesting and a lot of fun, but also frustrating. I'm not sure it beckons to me as a performance instrument. Most of the modules and connections don't work exactly as I would expect, but exploring the idiosyncrasies is a great deal of fun.

It's really a patching paradigm that I've never seen before; very unique. I would say it's closer to a crackle box than a modular synth.

You can record the movement of modules around the screen and as the modules get closer and farther apart, the connections change on the fly and the values of the interconnections change.

This is what I love most about it I think. Very cool, especially for dynamically changing FM!

Howard, Chris is working on improving all of this. As it stands, it was released, just so he could gauge what the response (no pun Wink ) might be.

I think you will be quite impressed by the time he brings out the "proper" version Smile

Don't get me wrong. I'm impressed. For someone to come up with a innovative patching methodology is amazing.

Agreed. The dynamic atching is what makes it interesting, unique but also quite difficult to control. Great for happy accidents though.. Although i am ashamed to admit i have been wasting most of my iphone time on Simcity lately. Embarassed
