Back in the 70s and 80s you could like either get sheets for free or you could like buy huge books with all sorts of devices.. I still have some RCA books somewhere.
I imagined this was out ion the net somewhere but I have tried to gogle this for you and I haven´t yet found anything.

Perhaps DrJustice knows something. he is an engineer..

Are you bending a circuit? Maybe you can find the schematics of the original circuit to get the pinout. Otherwise, if you're looking to replace, these parts seem "available" at a few archival chip houses.

Would that be the M5207 "One Key Multi-Section 7 Sec Voice" chip as designed for "Toys, Clock, Pager, Game etc.." ? This smells of bending.

I don't know what package it is (the datasheet is 'Tentative') but it has 10 pins. Do you want it, it's a 134kB pdf?

Quick edit: on a second check M5207L01 may be a dual VCA(?), in which case the datasheet I have is no good. It's not a Mistsubishi part btw, but MOSDESIGN, I thought it might have been a clone of the Mitsubishi part.

The unit is a dual VCA (Voltage Controlled Amplifier)

It is used in the Boss TR-2 tremolo pedal, well at least half of it!

Weird thing. This link kicks the PDF into my browser. Send me a PM with your email addie, and I will send you this one by email when I get off work. OK?

What if you drag that link into a download manager and simply dl the file instead of letting the browser eat it?

Again thanks a lot, I 'm sending a PM in a second.

EDIT:

Never mind Embarassed Embarassed

It's my old acrobat 4 that need an upgrade!

Installed version 7 and it works.

Thanks a lot elektro80.
