hi! i hope the question isn't too stupid: i'm soldering my cynare board but haven't been able to figure out from the schematics where the one 100nF 50V Polyester cap goes (the red guy) in order to not mistake it with one of the 8 pieces of 100nF decoupling caps (the small blue ones).

all questions are good

The only 100n I can see on the schematic connects to pad N for the shimmer pot. Look at the PCB, in the bottom left corner is the 4030/4070 IC, the 100n you want is the 4th component to the left from the 4030/4070.
it sits between a 100k resistor and a 100n decoupling cap.
