Alan-M Alesis A6 Andromeda Trance Patches v1.0 [name your ow |

[This is a *name your own price* offering]
If you are lucky enough to own one of these instruments, today is certainly a lucky one. A first of its kind release for this megalo-hemath analog dream machine. 128 trance-oriented patches ready to take your Andromeda where few dare to bring. Who say's there such thing as too much adrenaline?
Even if you don't own one, I still made an awesome audio demo : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MmfoYC0mxqQ

User review of the Alan Marcero patch bank
I´ve AFAIK tried every available A6-patch bank on the internet, free or not, and this is IMHO one of the most useful.
There are some serious basses here, and quite a few nice leads and pads too. I particularly like how they show off the A6 with some great no-nonsense analog sounds that are not too busy or complex for a mix.
I got very inspired trying these patches and my sound palette from the A6 has expanded significantly.
I recommend this patch bank to all A6 owners. And, hey, when downloading, don´t be cheap, donate some bucks alright!
Congratulations, Alan, to a good job and keep them good A6-patches coming! _________________ All A6 programming pros, don´t hesitate to put together your best patches and make them available on the Internet! If you´d like to charge a reasonable fee for others to download them, that is fine by me! The more attention and patches and community for the Andromeda, the better! Thanks for the review.
I should have mentioned that the only on-board FX I use is the analog distortion unit. Not because I didn't like the FX, but I always feel that reverb/delay should be done on a track-by-track basis. I did my Virus TI bank the same way and it turned a few heads when they realized I didn't even use the EQ. |
