I'm planning something special for the electro-music 2010 festival's laptop battle. The rules are very flexible and allow other stuff besides laptops including guitars, keyboards, turntables, whatever... so I thought I would breadboard a circuit.

And I happened to have a working KS board not in use so I drilled some holes in the breadboard's metal base and mounted the KS board onto the breadboard. Then I soldered seven wires to hook the KS circuit up electrically.

Now I'm going to add a BS circuit on the breadboard to create a song. We'll see how it goes, any suggestions?

Les

Well it turned out very well after all. In the image below you see the circuit that I created to drive the KS board. It is a dual BS to accommodate the two CV inputs of the KS. It's amazing the variety of songs and sounds that come out of this thing. I'll be featuring it on my show tonight.

Here is a tune I made with the BSKS circuit by twiddling the knobs.
