anyone else had problems with this combination? all latest versions of OSX, Logic and OSCulator - controller data is appearing at OSCulator, so the Touch/OSC is working via wifi, but Logic just wont get any MIDI notes or CC's in.
I thought I was going to get a mini Lemur on the fly, but I knew it was too good to be true!
any pointers appreciated folks. Crying or Very sad

human error - got it running - i needed to assign values to the MIDI messages in OSculator and keep my eye on the lower note and higher note entries. Not exactly intuitive set-up...and a little bit of latency creeping in, but works fine.
phew. Need to borrow an ipad to test that out now Laughing

I showed a colleague this set up-and he has used PD extended to map OSC messages to MIDI - which is rather cheaper than buying a non nag screen Osculator for £30 - dammit! Rolling Eyes

I was gonna say, I didn't have any problems with either OSCulator, or Touch OSC. But I haven't ended up using it much as it's still kind of fiddly. TouchOSC is a nice app, but requires some work to map the events.

no, i wouldn't say it was intuitive to set up - and it does ping from time to time which can trigger odd midi notes, but it's a nice little app for inputing midi via airport on the move. now for that pd learning curve!
