d# g# c# missing B c#

There are 3 sharps so i tried googling that but couldn't decode.

Does D# G# C# not exist in a correct scale?

At first glimse (no instrument at hand) I would say it's d# pentatonic.

Do you mean the scale in question is only three notes, D#, G#, C#?

If that's the case, with only three notes, I don't think it's correct to call it a scale at all - it's just a series of fourths. If there was a B natural in there, it would be most of a G# minor pentatonic scale; to be a full minor pentatonic, you'd need an F# as well.

Many scales contain D#, G#, and C# (C# major, C# minor, D# minor, D# Mixolydian, G# major or minor, E major, B major, and on and on), which is why those pitches can't really be defined as a scale without more notes.

Sweet thx guys,

Yeah, that's why i was wondering which scale it was so i could fill in the rest of the notes.

Tooo bad there's not an app where you could start throwing in notes, and it would isolate the available chords/scales..
