hi all,

this is the harmonic dist patch from roland..

ive customized it with SEQ.....

and when sequencing from cubase i get these popping sounds especially in the low end of the filter cuttoff..

is this an overload 'clipping' pop?

if i back off on the gain it seems to get less obvious..
but then i loose some of that 'dirty distortin. which this patch does well...

hopefully someone here can load the patch and check it out..

thanks!

an extra high pass filter will do the job. I altered the pch a bit.

thanks Roland,

ill load it in the synth tomorrow,

just had a quick look in Demo software.,

theres a few things i still dont properly understand about the G2,
like why did you put the level converter before the FM, (i think you did)
ive noticed that ENV on FM needs to be flipped, but usually i flip it on the ENV itself.

any way

I used the lev conv to get a a complete negative mod signal from the seq module. the lev mult I is used to get a changing fm amount on osc c1.
