Hi there.

Last module from 2005 to get the "space management" treatment Smile .

Ordered another twin VCA board from Ray a week ago & some envelopes.

Two Vca's required for bass / melody lines and the other two vca's for control of cv's.
Here's a pic of the old module and a pic of the new panel i made & a jpeg of the layout.

hope to finish this in a few weeks .

I hear PHoBos is building a Quad vca too Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Dave.

Your system is still huge. Without these reductions it would have gone out of control- then again perhaps it did!!

If you dont mind me asking? I see you have some Ian Fritz modules, I was thinking of building the The DoubleDeka Ultrasonic VCO do you have any views or experience? (I know I can ask elsewhere but I am asking here because I have some level of "understanding" of what you are up to if you see what I mean??)

yep Very Happy, 2x MFOS "another Dual VCA". got the perf PCB finshed, so I only have
to wire it up. For that I need a panel design first and I'm not completely
happy with what I have so far. It looks like I need a bit more panel space, but
I see you even managed to get pots for the CV's in there on the same space. Shocked

Dave 's not here, so let me answer that. The switches toggle
the VCA between lin. and log. responce, not the pots. Wink

here and here are some nice scope shots (shroll down)

finished the Quad VCA , sitting in the modular now contented Very Happy

I'll post a quick audio file over the weekend when i have time .

Top 2 VCA's are the 2010 version pcb and the lower 2 VCA's are the original 2005 pcb without the bias trimmers , these ones are for my "cv controlled modulations" Very Happy .

Short sound test of manual trig push ADSR patched to a VCA cv input with an LFO patched to vca signal in , vca signal out to a vco cv in, the vco runs at a constant frequency until the ADSR is fired.
