Hi all , first post here and unfortunately its not a good one Sad

Basically my modular g1 keyboard is acting up - When i power it up , the screen shows as normal 'nord modular v3.03' . Then it just loads one random patch , but cannot be played -there is no sound . Also none of the slot button led's are lit or any of the led's above those ( patch , store , edit. etc).

Is there a reset i can do on the machine ?

Could anybody please help me out. Have any of you noticed this before.. I have emailed Nord support but Rob Wallace is away till mid august...

Oh dear.

I never experienced this problem. My guess is, downgrade your NM os and upgrade it again. Or, switch on/off a number of times(10x). Much luck to you.

All is now fine... Very Happy !!
After many button presses and combinations i found the reset secret !!

Power on holding SHIFT + PATCH/LOAD ... you get on screen 'Init Flash - WAIT !

The G1 booted back to OS 2.0 .. Just downloaded patches - All back up to V3.01
Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

I have a similar problem with mine, but “SHIFT + PATCH/LOAD” does not do anything, at power up? :S
