What is the correct procedure to adjust R18 Low Lim and R21 Range? And can you do any damage if these are incorrectly set?

I have a feeling the settings are mentioned in the long thread about the phaser...

I used front panel pots for mine, and I can report that you can set them how you like without damage

I did read the entire post and copied some info out of it, but no mention of the trimpots. I just didn't want a transistor or lamp running hotter than it needed to be and yes, I can read schematics. Low lim does nothing on my unit and range ccw already gives full sweep on high feedback so it doesn't need to be adjusted.

Pretty sure Low Lim sets the beginning range for using an expression pedal. Range I believe just sets that range of the phasing and is set to taste. Not 100% about that second one - maybe there's another trimmer that does that - just working from memory and it's been a while.
