every 1st monday of the month they test the emergency sirens and this time
I was ready for it. You can't hear them very loud where I live, I wouldn't
even hear them if I was playing some music, but was able to record anyway.

Nice one! I like the ambience of the foreground noises too. Kind of sets it in a place. Be nice to get a close up recording too though.

I was watching that German movie Downfall again recently... and there's this particular noise, when an air raid is happening and the bombs are falling. Not sure if it's a siren or what, but I'd like that as a module in a synth!
