hi! first of all sorry for my terrible english...
my question is:
i have a roland Gaia,while i connect it to my computer i need a program/software that read all the midi cc knob value soi ...so i'd like to see knobs or sliders positioning like the value of a user patch all the time i change preset...
i hope you understand!

Sounds like you might want an editor program for it. I don't know if any are out or not for that synth...might check with Roland as they might have something.

If you just want to capture a controls number/value, you can try MidiOx. If the synths control transmits midi data, you can see what it is. Not sure but I think MidiOx s PC based only.

Another thing you could try doing is capturing a Sysex dump from the synth. Depending on your midi software you might be able to capture it directly into a midi track. Then you would need a hex editor to dig thru the file. Certaint not easy and very time consuming, but possible. You would also need thw Midi implimentation spec from Roland for the Gaia.

Oh, Bome,s Midi utilities might be able to help you out as well. iIRC tere is a free version and a paid version which gives you more tools to work with.
