About a month ago I was drifting in and out of sleep listening to radio electro-music.com, my bedtime soundtrack.

In the wee hours of the morning I heard a haunting melody that I want very badly to hear again. I have spent a lot of time paging through the media section but haven't been able to find it.

HELP!

It was a simple arrangement, not many parts, maybe even just one track. The sound used was like a piano. I don't know if it was an electronically treated piano sound or a synth patch that sounded piano-like.

It was melodic and moody. I can't remember much more because I was barely awake at the time.

Does anyone have any idea what that tune might have been or who might have played it?

Thanks. I'll check those suggestions out.

I can't remember if it was just a melody line or if there were chords. But it was fairly slow, very moody, relatively simple. I remember it as haunting, but that's not a very useful description.

Sounds like Phobos' Pianoid.

Only thing I did with lots of piano is Another. Second song here:

A modern version of "Oh my God what was that I just heard on the radio I gotta have it but I don't know what it was!". Smile

Sorry I can't help really... have you tried searching like this:

http://www.google.com/search?q=piano+mp3+site%3Aelectro-music.com&hl=sv&client=safari&tbo=1&rls=en&num=10&lr=&ft=i&cr=&safe=images

A lot of hits on the mp3 media page, which apparently contains small descriptions too - nice!

I was gonna say PHOBoS's Friday Night Pianoid Music, but I see I've been (multiply) beaten to that punch. So check that out. Even if it wasn't what you heard, it's still well worth hearing...

Cheers,
adam / onewayness
