Do you know what Peter is up to? Last I heard he was being crucified on Muff's. He hasn't responded to me since I offered to buy Plan B from him...
EDIT: Milton board sets used to be available at Big City Music, but I think he lost the pic chips for the async boards. I was going to rewrite the firmware, but then the big mess happened...

I decided one day I needed a minimoog, nothing else sounds like it, so how hard is it to build one? I started tracking down components and parts and got quite good at it. I got a aluminium front panel that was being parted out in the US and although I was making my own pcbs I managed to track down all the circuit boards in the end. The walnut cab is from Wes Taggart at http://www.analogics.org/product.html, it's my case on the website
I had tons of help from the wonderful Mr Lightner and I ended up with so many spare parts I am once again etching mini boards for a rackmount version of the minimoog
Needless to say its now the best minimoog on the planet

Peter is about and has always been very good to me, that's all I know really.
OK, I've been happy dealing with him as well. It took a couple years to get some stuff from him once, but that puts him in the same category as Paul and Cynthia. I have been working on the MB-808 for over two years myself, so I have an appreciation for why it takes so long to get some things done...

Hi!
Here's an Eurorack portable case I've just finished using a wine box. It has a 6 channel mixer with pan and a dedicated headphones amp. As you can see, I covered it with some "vintage" wallpaper a friend of mine gave me. I think it looks quite nice...
Awesome Cynosure!
This is actually the first vid in many years that made me want a Korg style filter in my modular. _________________ Weblog! Kits for synthesiser modules in Europe
I just posted a new sound demo video that shows off the sonic potential of my Korg Monotron Mod.
Great job on your Megatron, congratulations. You get a lot of sound for the modest investment... keep up the great work and thanks for sharing. Just curious, what is that control surface you used to send the patterns in your video?

Bent Mattel Synsonics Drums
Here's a circuit bent Mattel Synsonics drum machine. Ten new controls were added. Some of the sounds turned out a little too clicky for my taste, but the toms are much more variable now. Four outputs were added for the cymbal and snare components.
I made use of much of the information posted on Richard's site. The board schematics were very useful, though the revision of the board in this machine is somewhat different. The burnkit2600 site also has some information regarding outputs; this is where the board revision was most different, though.
There was very little space in the machine, so the battery compartment was removed to make room to route the new wiring. Parts of the compartment were used as stand-offs, as the machine requires them to relieve strain on the drum pads. Expanding glue was used to cement the stand-offs in place. A plug adapter was added for power; the pinout is center negative and barrel positive. According to the manual, a 9V adapter of at least 300ma should be used.

'T was brillig,..
wonderfull builds
I think I post more of my own pics in this thread then I comment on others, but I really enjoy seeing all the creativity here.
Very inspirational!
I just finished the Jabberwock, more info about the circuit and a demo (allthough recorded from a breadboard setup) can be found here.
If I can locate the charger for my phone (the one with camera) I'll try to make a short video showing the "eyes of flame" in action.
