Subject description: My Wavefolder produces DC Output, is this ok????

Hello everybody

I am not sure whether my wavefolder operates properly:

Range Pot on minimum (ground), sine wave at input. Control Voltage on ground. The output produces a DC ranging from -2V up to +0.5V depending on the position of the shape pot.

Beside of that the module does wavefolding, although in my opinion the sweet spot of the shape pot is somewhat small.

so i am not sure whether this device operates properly or not. any advices and comments are welcome.

christian

Seem like your CV is leaking into the VCA.
Do you calibrated the VCA?

yes calibration of the vca worked without problems and is very accurate.

so you say, some dc output is in fact a malfunction?
